Q: How can I place an order:
A: Orders can be placed through our "Order Requests" Tab on our website. Please send your order inquiry in detail.
Q: Can we place same day orders?
A: Same day orders are unable to be fulfilled. We are a small batch bakery with limited capacity, and can only prepare orders which are approved. Our slots go fast, so please send in inquiries a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your delivery/event date.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: We offer delivery in the Orange County area, with a fee in certain areas. Please include your delivery location details in your order inquiry and we will provide you with a quote.
Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: We offer shipping in CA only
Q: Can I order one of each flavor?
A: Each flavor has a minimum order of one dozen. For special orders in larger quantities, such as a catering order, we are able to modify and customize quantities. Please send us a message on the "Order Requests" form for more information.
Q: If I want to hire you to cater my wedding or event, can I book you for the day?
A: We do offer catering in various options, such as drop off only, or set up/clean up with an additional fee. Please send us an inquiry through the "Order Requests" form with more detailed information regarding your event and catering needs, and we will be in touch.
Q: Do you only provide Crackles or do you offer other desserts through your catering services?
A: Please send us a request of what you are looking for in our "Order Requests" form, and we will be in touch.
Q: Which farmers markets are you located at?
A: We have participated in several farmers markets and pop-ups throughout Irvine and OC. Please check our instagram page for up-to-date information regarding our Pop-Ups. @crinklesandcrackles
Q: I have a coffee shop and am looking to offer local baked goods to my customers, is this something you're interested in?
